Most people will take 2 a day spaced approx 8 hours apart. Some people have said if they take it too late in the day they can have trouble sleeping so they'll have their second snap at around 2-3pm.
There are no hard and fast rules however our group has noticed that those that go back to only 1 snap a day in month 2 will have slower results.
Most people in our group are taking 2 a day until they hit their target.
